 I am an architect by education, although in recent years I’ve focused primarily on interior design. Still, architecture remains my passion – and my background as an architect greatly enhances how I approach space and functionality in interiors.

Here’s a concept for a modern villa that I had the pleasure of designing. The building features a sleek, minimalist form, combining vertical wooden elements with raw concrete finishes and large glass panels. Evening lighting highlights the rhythm of the façade and adds a refined atmosphere.

The house also includes a dedicated wellness zone with saunas and a relaxation area – perfect for rest and regeneration.

In my opinion, every architect should have strong interior design skills. It’s essential for planning functional buildings and ensuring harmony between architecture and interior spaces.

For me, architecture and interiors go hand in hand.

This project aimed to create an elegant, timeless structure with a clear functional layout. The design features a two-story villa with large glazing that opens the interior to the surroundings and maximizes natural light exposure.

The façade combines high-quality materials – concrete-textured cladding panels paired with vertical wooden slats. The rhythmic arrangement of vertical elements emphasizes the building’s height and adds lightness to the form. Evening illumination enhances the geometry of the façade and creates a sophisticated, modern ambiance.

The villa includes a wellness zone with saunas and a leisure area, located on the garden side. The interior layout is designed for comfort and fluid transitions between living, private, and recreational spaces.

The concept was developed to merge modern aesthetics with functionality – with attention to detail, proportions, and the quality of materials used.
