The first home of a young IT specialist is a topic that I recently realized. Undoubtedly, there were also rooms for work and games at the computer. The investor had clearly defined requirements and preferences, which this project fully met. The interiors of this project are bright, Scandinavian and modern. The interiors are filled with natural materials and warm colors. Feel free to analyze the individual rooms.
The entrance hall with an area of 3.7 sqm is primarily a large wardrobe designed to accommodate outerwear and to store home furnishings. Decorative wallpaper wall includes a wall with decorative wall slats and coat hangers. The interior is warm and impressively invites you to the interior of the house. The mirror on the dressing room visually enlarges the room.
Guest toilet
It is a small 2 sqm toilet located on the ground floor. The room is warm and elegant. The interior is filled with wood, wood-like and light stoneware tiles. A large mirror visually enlarges a small toilet. Thanks to the furniture made to measure, the toilet is comfortable to use and functional, because the cabinets under the washbasin and above the toilet contain all the necessary utensils.
The living room with the dining room is connected with the kitchenette. This room with an area of 27.3 sqm is used as a relaxation room and is also a place to work. An individually designed piece of furniture connects a desk and a TV stand. The interior is bright and warm in reception. A representative element of this interior is a wooden carpet staircase with a white railing.
Kitchen The dining room and the kitchen are separated by a kitchen peninsula. The wooden elements of the furniture perfectly match the wooden floor. The kitchen, despite its small dimensions, is very functional and roomy. A large number of cabinets can easily accommodate all kitchen equipment. The kitchenette measures 6.9 sqm and fits in perfectly with the rest of the house. The entire interior is in the colors of light wood, beige and white.
Upstairs bathroom The bathroom with an area of 7.3 sqm is a long and narrow room, therefore it required a special arrangement. A huge mirror optically widened the interior, and a special protruding washbasin allowed for convenient use without the need for a smaller washbasin. In addition, two rows of cabinets under the sink allow you to keep order and store all cosmetics. On the opposite side there is a recess with a shower cubicle, a washing machine and boiler, a toilet and cabinets above the toilet for storage. The bathroom also has a comfortable bathtub. The interior is bright, natural and user-friendly. The bathroom also serves as a laundry room without losing its charm.
Guest room The 9.1 sqm guest room serves as an additional bedroom, but is also a work area for the host. Therefore, the interior has a large desk adapted to work at the computer, a fold-out sofa and a wardrobe that serves as a small wardrobe. The interior is simple and minimalist.
Bedroom The master bedroom with an area of 14.5 sqm is equipped with ready-made furniture. Green colors give the interior freshness. The large furniture includes a dressing room and a small library. To sum up, the interiors of the "Awangarda" house are a perfect example of how an appropriate interior arrangement influences the style, quality and comfort of use. The interiors are fresh, pleasant to receive, functional and comfortable. They will undoubtedly survive for many years and will serve the new owner.
